Mostly everyone who is working in a company just hate their job. Many companies don’t respect the individual interests of each person since they are not designed for that. They are constrained by many rules and expectations. Then why do we still do it?
Mostly we think the answer is that everyone needs money. But that’s not the only reason. The day after you quit your job, you wake up and realize that there is no place for you to go. Nobody is expecting you and nothing is dependent on you. This is even harder than pushing yourself to go for work every morning.
So don’t quit without having a plan in your mind since it is too hard to be jobless than to be under work pressure.
What is the fun in it if there is no manager to blame among ourselves?
Nicely said.When we have work and other people around us we grumble and hate to work.But,when we quit,we become penniless and feel like Alice in wonderland.quite a good post.
